Sixteen year old Rachel Seider from Berry, NSW has been riding for 6
years. Her main areas of competition are One day Eventing and
Showjumping. Rachel is a keen member of the Shoalhaven Showjumping Club,
and Cambewarra Pony Club.
Rachel has 2 horses in work. Broughton Shorebreak is her 14.3hh Black
Eventer, currently competing successfully in Novice One Day events, and
D grade showjumping. "Neo" was originally bought for her mum as a
pleasure horse untill they saw his talent. He was a trail riding horse
in Bodalla, NSw. He was Rachel's first real horse and being together 5
years, have developed into a real team. Neo has taken Rachel from a
beginner to a state winner, and will soon take her to Perth WA, for the
National Pony club titles in Eventing.
Bronzed Aussie is a 16.2hh Chestnut and was bought from Bega, NSW as a D
grade Showjumper. He is currently competing Pre Novice eventing, and D
grade showjumping with success. "Ozzie" has been with Rachel for almost
2 years now.
Both Horses enjoy activities at Pony Club, and Broughton Shorebreak
(Neo), has had many wins and placings at State Pony Club titles. Bronzed
Aussie will have his first state titles at state showjumping in Nyngan,
NSW. Both horses are graded Pony Club A Grade.
Rachel will soon start training her 3 year old stockhorse, Sundeck
Radiant. She bought "Arnie" before he was born from Sundeck A.S.H. Stud.
She hopes he will make a fantastic eventer and showjumper.

In n2002 and 2003 Rachel was part of the Zone 28 team of
fours, Competing at Sydney Royal Show and winning it both years entered.
In 2002 Rachel also gained 4th in the Pony club Riding class 13 & under
15y
Some of Rachels goals include competing in the Young
Event Horse Challenge at Sydney Royal with Sundeck Radiant, to Place at
the Nationals, and to ride in the Junior Showjumping at Sydney Royal.
