Within Australia

We offer set freight so you know exactly how much your total invoice will be at the checkout.

We send orders out with either Australia Post (Registered), or Startrack Express. The service chosen depends on the address given, and the best delivery time available. Please note; We reserve the right to ship using either courier at our discretion.

When ordering please indicate the delivery address, which may be a your work place, your neighbor, or friends address, someone you trust and is able to accept delivery between 9.00am & 5.00 pm. AEST. Monday to Friday. Deliveries will need to be signed for. If there is no one to accept delivery, a card will be left with details about pickup from either the local Post Office or Courier depot.

Freight within Australia is $12.00. inc GST.

Exceptions to this are;

Express service is available at extra cost,

Saddles attract an additional charge of $35.00 for extra insurance and handling.

International Shipping Rates

Freight charges for Packages shipped from Australia to the rest of the world are calculated on weight and volume of the purchase. Please fill in the order form, with the delivery address, and items you wish to purchase, and we will quote the best possible fright options for your order and estimated delivery time. Please include if you wish for express options as well. Small and light items, such as ties, stocks/cravats, jewelry, and shirts are relatively cheap to post. Heavy winter horse Rugs/Blankets and saddles are the most expensive.

International orders may be subject to local duties and/or taxes. Any duties or taxes due are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that all products ordered are legally allowed to be imported into your country. Products rejected for entry due to local customs restrictions are the responsibility of the customer.
